The breakfast is lovely and the staff is attentive, very amiable. Nice setting, it's just next door to main beach, the seafront and beach and the sea front and main high street.

Everything was nice, respectful staff, lovely views of the sea. Great and perfect location close to bus stop was a plus. A cool bonus was Sunny Side Up, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The staff was caring and the location was magnificent - altogether an enjoyable experience. Further, it was near anywhere on the island, the Pier, sea and shops and eateries, and the sea front. The rooms were bright, reasonably large and with a double and single bed.

Its location is great, a super close walk to Christ Church. The rooms are airy and neat, the staff is affable. The service is great with free parking available and fine meals. We would stay here again, thanks a lot for an excellent stay.

Appreciated our stay here and recommend. Attentive staff and the place was fairly clean. Magnificent very central location just next door to the sea front and main high street. We was surprised at nearby Barnabys Licensed Restaurant, they had some goodies, drinks. The rooms were neat and airy equipped with a partial view, a bunk bed plus an ensuite bathroom.

Very central location right by shops, restaurants, pharmacy and more importantly, 5 minutes away from the seaside, Sandown and the beach and town centre, appreciated it. My room included a little refrigerator and coffee.

The breakfast offerings could have been more flexible, allowing guests to choose what they would like to eat.

I had an amazing stay at a charming B&B in a fantastic location. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and was shown to a clean and airy double room with a beautiful sea view. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a TV and hot drink facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a full English option available along with other choices. The B&B also had a spacious playroom with a pool table, perfect for families. Despite a small bathroom, everything was well-maintained and functional. The B&B was also diligent about following safety protocols, which made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this B&B for its friendly hosts, great location, and value for money.
